  • I believe in love.
    I love what I do.
I always use extra, double, over the top garlic when I cook.
I strive everyday to be better... at everything.
I am determined to travel the world.
I could live off watermelon, zucchini, mango, and peaches.
I'm a foodie, wino, yogi and all things beach.
I dream of fields full of gardenias.
I would love to run a B&B off the coast of Oregon.
I enjoy reading memoirs with recipes the most.
I will design and create a beautiful garden and porch in our next home.
I love eating, making and finding new soups and salads.
I'm obsessed with Yogurtland and Ingrid Michaelson.
I make my own enchilada sauce and guacamole, to die for.
I love whole heartedly and am very loyal.
I can never get enough of dark chocolate, cupcakes and spicy tuna rolls.
    I'm a dreamer and a doer!

Letting Go to Move Forward

It’s not very often that I publicly express my deep and most true feelings. Yes, I am known to be a sharer… it’s in my blood and I love to talk, but I own it. It might scare people away and I am okay with that, it’s who I am and I can’t apologize for...

Confessions of a Cook & Foodie

Those who know me well know that I love to cook and am a true foodie at heart. I consider myself a cook because I whip up fresh meals from scratch at least 4-5 times a week and a foodie because not only do I appreciate a well prepared cooked meal, but I love trying...
