San Francisco Wedding Photography | Jessica + Mark

Be careful for what you wish for and work for. Last year I put myself out there and told my network that I wanted to photograph a wedding in San Francisco and well, it happened!

I first met Jessica in high school, years ago… won’t say how many exactly.:)We shared an English class together and I always admired her confidence. Getting to know her now as an adult, a mom of three amazing kids and awesome daughter. I can honestly say that she is one hard working mama and sweet person. Even more wonderful is the fact that she found an amazing other half. Mark is just as generous and giving as her, they clearly adore each other.

In true San Francisco Bay fashion, it was gloomy and raining on their raining day. But you know what? An hour before walking down the aisle, it stopped raining and there were beautiful blue skies.

Jessica & Mark it was an honor to capture you’re day. Thanks for having me along for your destination wedding and your hospitality!

Wayfarers Chapel Palos Verdes Wedding Photography | Juliana + Lorne

Every  photographer has a bucket list of venues, places one would love to photograph a wedding. On that list was Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes. It did not disappoint. And for icing on the cake, Juliana and Lorne were very gracious and fun to work with.

They opted for a very private and small wedding. With a short ceremony at Wayfarers Chapel following a small reception in Marina del Rey. Perfect for an August wedding in California.

Love that less is more in the wedding and the romance between the bride and groom.

They couldn’t help themselves to kissing and looking at each other every every chance they got.

Champagne was flowing.

I’m convinced that photos by the bay are the best location for portraits. The lighting is gorgeous!

Their portraits by the bay were my favorite from the day. I enjoyed capturing all their snuggling and kissing through out the day, love my job!

Pasadena Portrait Photography | Jenna + Andrew

It’s portrait season! That time of year when families and couples want to gift their loved ones portraits or just simply want to take the time to capture their stories, their love and their family.

One of my favorite things as a photographer, is to capture other artists, other photographers. This is my photographer friend Jenna and her husband Andrew, whom believe it or not had not had professional photos since their wedding, years ago! Yes, as photographers, we are so guilty of this. I’m honored to have captured them. In one of my favorite towns, Pasadena.

Can you feel the love? I enjoyed photographing Jenna & Andrew, they were open and fully allowed me in. A photographer’s dream.
