  • I believe in love.
    I love what I do.
I always use extra, double, over the top garlic when I cook.
I strive everyday to be better... at everything.
I am determined to travel the world.
I could live off watermelon, zucchini, mango, and peaches.
I'm a foodie, wino, yogi and all things beach.
I dream of fields full of gardenias.
I would love to run a B&B off the coast of Oregon.
I enjoy reading memoirs with recipes the most.
I will design and create a beautiful garden and porch in our next home.
I love eating, making and finding new soups and salads.
I'm obsessed with Yogurtland and Ingrid Michaelson.
I make my own enchilada sauce and guacamole, to die for.
I love whole heartedly and am very loyal.
I can never get enough of dark chocolate, cupcakes and spicy tuna rolls.
    I'm a dreamer and a doer!

Mr. Leo

My dear friends and neighbors, Toni and Cesar dog sit Leo from time to time. It’s Toni’s sister’s chocolate lab and since the first time we met him last summer Kris and I have been in love with him. He’s such a sweet and playful dog, not to mention super calm most of the time.

Last week I enjoyed an afternoon with them all and took shots of Leo while waiting for the barbecue. Love his expressions, he has the most beautiful eyes.

So funny!

Until we can afford our own dog, we’ll continue to love the ones around us. This week we’re dog sitting for Annie’s mom, we’re enjoying her company too. I’ll be sure to share some photos on Thursday.

Up next is the mamalita session, it’s a good one so be sure to stop back again tomorrow.

Barbara Hall - You are right Nancy. Leo’s eyes are soooooo expressive. Thank you so much for capturing so lovingly the face of our Leo.
