I’m a big believer in a good product, but more importantly in great customer service and I think that is what makes a loyal shopper or fan. For the record there are many other brands that I love (let’s not go there), but these are my current favorites.
Recently in my trip to Mexico, we flew via Mexicana Airlines and I was impressed. I know that I flew with them in the past, but this time around I was more observant I suppose. I mainly love their brand because of the super nice flight attendants, the customer service is just superb. The interior of the aircraft super clean, you feel like you’re flying in first class, but you know, without all the extra space and steak or whatever they serve in first class. Just love how they present their brand.

This year I discovered Yogurtland and I stalk it as much as possible. I’ve always loved 21 choices as well, but Yogurtland is more accessible and fun since you serve it yourself. I love that it is by weight and that more than half of their flavors have no added sugar, unlike most of their competitors, yuck. It’s the best treat that you don’t have to feel guilty about, of course they have the bad toppings too, like the chocolate syrups, candies and so on. You can make it as healthy as you’d like and their fresh fruit selection is always stocked and fresh, either way you go it’s a great experience. My favorites are mango and boysenberry with fresh fruit – yum! Now, if they start carrying organic candies not using high fructose corn syrup then I’ll be super impressed.

One of my favorite stores, even though admittedly I’ve only purchased three items from there in my life is Anthropologie , trust me if I could afford it that number would be much higher. Currently, I love what they are doing to their monthly newsletters, below is there June edition and I love that they are concentrating on community and it’s people.

Photojojo a photog’s paradise for fun photo stuff. Kris had bought me the Fuji Instax Mini for Christmas and recently I discovered while at my last family photo session that it was not working properly. The flash was not working so the photos were turning out overexposed or not turning up at all, I was bummed. I immediately emailed customer service and they had said that it was past the six month period, but that they would see if the supplier would budge and fix it or replace it. Sure enough I received an email from the nicest gal over at Photojojo and she had arranged for the pickup of the old camera and a new one was on the way. I loved that they sent UPS to my house so I wouldn’t even have to go through the trouble of going to the post office, now that is great customer service!
