I was tagged by Trude, here we go!
1. Where is your cell phone? On my nightstand, I think. It’s never attached to me, hence the voicemail when people call me.
2. Your hair: Super curly and wild.
3. Your mother: Is the best cook and a great role model for healthy eating. She loves the arts, reading, good and healthy food, gardening and family is the most important thing to her, she instilled this in me and I love her for that.
4. Your dad: Also a great cook, walks super fast, hard working and makes funny faces, all the time. He always gave me cards, or flowers on Valentine’s Day and always has believed in me, I am thankful for this.
5. Your favorite food: Enchiladas, halibut, ahi tuna, paella, yummy salad, cheese, fruit, veggies and good lasagna.
6. Your dream from last night: Nothing thank goodness, last month I had terrible nightmares.
7. Your favorite drink: Unsweetened iced tea with lemon, green tea and water.
8. Your dream/goal: Masters in nutrition, continue to be more successful in my photography business, get certified to teach yoga, take cooking courses in Italy, purchase a beach cottage off the Oregon coast and many even run it as a B&B, travel the world, go to Greece, Spain, Portugal & Italy in the next 5 years, write a book or publish a photo book and yeah, I think that’s all I can think of. I dream big!
9. What room are you in: Spare bedroom/office in my house.
10. What is your hobby? Cooking, reading & photography.
11. What is your fear? Not being able to help my parents in the future when they are in need.
12. Where were you last night? At home, eating dinner with Kris, chatting and planning for next week and watching Modern Family.
13. Something you are not: Someone who holds grudges or doesn’t care. Once you’re special to me, I will forever care, care and care for you and you have to do something pretty big for me not to forgive and just move on.
14. Muffins: Smell great in the oven, but I like cupcakes even more.
15. Wish list items: Dangerous question! An upgraded camera, especially if I start doing more weddings. The Fuji Instax Camera, these gloves for my cold hands, this lovely print, new reading material from Barnes & Noble and lot’s of stuff from Sur La Table.
16. Where did you grow up? Fullerton, CA . A really a great place to grow up.
17. Last thing you did: Made myself some green tea, it’s 6 am right now.
18. What are you wearing? Cozy pajamas and slippers.
19. Your TV: Modern Family, Grey’s Anatomy, Big Bang Theory, re-runs of I Love Lucy & Roseanne, plus the occasional Real Housewives of NY or Atlanta, don’t judge.
20. Your pets: Kris and I have never had any. Only because we have always had crazy schedules, worked far from home and have a small patio. It wouldn’t be fair to the dog we want, it will just have to wait until we have a yard or live closer to work.
21. Your friends: Are the best, are all very different and I love because I get something different from each one.
22. Your life: Is great.
23. Your mood: Groggy with a side of optimistic.
24. Missing someone: Always miss Kris when he’s away from home. Constantly miss my friends and family that I never get to see enough of.
25. Vehicle: 2002 Honda Civic, it’s economical, safe and never has had any problems. I mean not a thing other than the oil changes and regular maintenance, it’s a keeper.
26. Something you’re not wearing: shoes
27. Your favorite store: Whole Foods, expensive yes, but oh the things that I can find for yummy meals.
28. Your favorite color? Teal, turquoise and green.
29. When’s the last time you laughed? Last night.
30. When’s the last time you cried? Probably this week. I’m pretty bad… I cry anytime I see anyone else cry, yes, even if it’s a movie or a show about half the time.
31. Your best friend: I’m lucky to have more than one, they are fun, loving and are always there for me.
32. One place you go over and over: Target, Farmer’s Market and Trader Joe’s.
33. One person who emails me regularly: Trude
34. Favorite place to eat: Honda Ya, my mom’s house, Old World and in my own kitchen.
35. Where do you want to be in six years: Just happy.
