  • I believe in love.
    I love what I do.
I always use extra, double, over the top garlic when I cook.
I strive everyday to be better... at everything.
I am determined to travel the world.
I could live off watermelon, zucchini, mango, and peaches.
I'm a foodie, wino, yogi and all things beach.
I dream of fields full of gardenias.
I would love to run a B&B off the coast of Oregon.
I enjoy reading memoirs with recipes the most.
I will design and create a beautiful garden and porch in our next home.
I love eating, making and finding new soups and salads.
I'm obsessed with Yogurtland and Ingrid Michaelson.
I make my own enchilada sauce and guacamole, to die for.
I love whole heartedly and am very loyal.
I can never get enough of dark chocolate, cupcakes and spicy tuna rolls.
    I'm a dreamer and a doer!

Aunt Mari’s 50th!

This past weekend my aunt Mari turned 50 and my cousin Heidy and uncle Luis gave her the best 50th bash ever. Close friends and family were invited to join in on some yummy tacos (taco stand with a spit of al pastor meat and all), refreshing agua de piña and the night ended with a 2 hour live mariachi. I was really happy to be there and see how happy my aunt was to be surrounded by so much love, there was a constant sparkle in her eye through out the whole night.

Isn’t she just beautiful? I hope I look this good at 50!
